You should answer all the relevant questions in Part A.PART B is concerned with information we need about your pig or poultry farm. The questions are about the ‘installation’, which is defined under the IPPC Regulations as being the ‘stationary technical unit(s)’ where poultry or pigs are kept and any other location on the same site where any other ‘directly associated activities’ are carried out which have a technical connection with the livestock unit and which could have an effect on pollution. You should answer all the relevant questions in PART BPARTS C, D and E relate to Variation, Transfer and Surrender of existing permits and are not relevant to you.Separate forms are provided for these purposes.
