FORM GR2/P Statement of Actual Gross Revenues (Postal Services)
In pursuance to the provisions of the Postal Services Act and Directive No.1 of 2005, the author is hereby furnishing the Malta Communications Authority with a statement of actual total gross revenues for the period 1st January 2021 – 31 December 2021 along with the original report of the company's auditors.

The GR2 Form including Annex 1 should be duly endorsed by the company’s auditor and submitted together with the auditor’s report to the attention of the Finance Unit, Malta Communications Authority, Valletta Waterfront, Pinto Wharf, Valletta FRN 1913 by not later than 31 December 2022.
Although the Statement of Actual Gross Revenues requires a quarterly analysis, the primary aim of the statement is to obtain relevant financial information covering a calendar year (i.e. ending 31 December), rather than covering different financial years of the various authorised undertakings. Therefore, quarterly analysis for 2021 is not required by the MCA provided that the financial year coincides with the calendar year,
